Also there are twenty pairs of exclusive limited-edition 20th Anniversary shoes available at Barneys, signed by the man himself. The book itself costs 63 euro and is published by Rizzoly. It containes photos of stars such as Mika, Kristin Scott Thomas en Dita Von Teese.
